I don't know what I'm supposed to be anymore

I sure do miss being with you... not that what I feel matters that much ultimately. I wish you could talk to me as much as I wish I could talk to you. I've been a selfish asshole over the years, and for that I have named and admitted my sincere regret. You have also been a selfish asshole, but I have yet to understand your position  beyond the justification of why your actions are vindicated while mine are not at all.
