Help is a blessing to both giver and receiver.
As receivers, we are wise to take it if only to bless the giver to our mind, but often we find in difficult times we have needs to be met we don't even recognize.
As givers we are wise to consider not only what we are able to do but to consider what our own needs might be were we in the same situation, because even the most well intentioned help is no help if it is thoughtlessly misdirected.

You know you want to, so say it already...no one's going to be offended.
