It's OK to Think, Really
It's not offensive to find thinking people (for me at least) who disagree with my views. I encourage thinking people to continue earnestly doing so.

The God of Science and the Science of God
Let me start by saying, as I have always said, I'm not an expert in anything...
Nothing.

Rule # 1: You are NEVER wrong
Do not, DO NOT, allow for the exception that your understanding of things could be "wrong". This admits the possibility of fault in your thinking which you know cannot possibly be the case. Your experience tells you so...

Love on the cross, ain't no big surprise...
I don't understand anymore...everyone seems angry and simply looking for a reason to show it.

The Ostrich
ORIGINAL POST:
This is what the Lord says:
“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom
or the strong boast of their strength
or the rich boast of their riches,
but let the one who boasts boast about this:
that they have the understanding to know me,
that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness,
justice and righteousness on earth,
for in these I delight,”
declares the Lord.

Shortening the leash in pursuit of freedom
Shortening the leash in pursuit of freedom...
by Roberto Esponja on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:34am ·
For almost every cruelty, injustice and civil violation inflicted, by man upon man, you don't usually have to look to hard to see that ultimately, greed is the driving force of the puppet masters.
Let's face it, across every culture and every generation, the exploitation of those persons that can least afford to resist it, has historically been shown to be the single most effective means by which the greatest percentage of the resources are secured by the smallest percentage of the people.
THINK :: ACT
The middle ground is eroding rapidly beneath our feet, and when it's finally gone, we will fall hard where we failed to stand firm.

Fear...The Destroyer
Fear...The Destroyer
by Roberto Esponja on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 7:52pm ·
It darkens the heart, stifles the mind, and shackles the soul. It causes us to to hesitate at the very moment we should be moving most rapidly and most assuredly.
It erodes our faith in the very things of which we were once most certain of, and it causes us to ponder the questions for which we already have the answers.
It leaves us insecure and vulnerable, easily seduced by darkness, fear will drive us to do and say things we never imagined we would or could.
It is the corrosion of character.
We will die a thousand deaths, before we ever see the grave, if we but let love pass from our hearts, and reside as a memory.
Fear requires nothing but opportunity.
But God is love...and perfect love casts out all fear.
