Their ought to be a day called Bothers Day.
One day a year you could tell people, without explanation or offense,"Hey, That, what you're doing right there. Yeah, that bothers me."
Not to be rude, but just to let the folks around you know, "I put up with that all year, I'm generally pretty cool and haven't said a word, but really you should know...that bothers me."
Now I'm saying something.
Not much, but something.
